Recently, Guizhou Sinan customers completed the installation of the sweet potato residue drying production line equipment customized by Jiutian Machinery Company. This production line adopts advanced drying technology and intelligent control system, aiming to transform the discarded potato residue into high-value-added feed products, adding new vitality to the local agricultural industry chain.

The potato residue drying production line adopts a drum structure and hot air drying technology, with the advantages of strong production capacity and high thermal efficiency. The full set of equipment of the production line has been carefully designed and customized to meet the specific needs of customers for potato residue drying. During the installation process, Jiutian Machinery worked closely with customers to ensure the smooth progress of the entire installation process. At present, the production line has successfully completed the installation and commissioning work and entered the intense trial operation stage.

During the trial operation stage, the potato residue drying production line showed excellent performance. By adopting new drying technology and intelligent control system, the production line can quickly reduce the moisture in the potato residue to an ideal level, so as to facilitate subsequent processing into feed.
