However, the moisture content of wet beet pulp accounts for about 85%, so it cannot be stored for a long time and needs to be stored after being dried. Jiutian beet pulp drying equipment is mainly composed of hot air stove, dehydrator, feeding belt, rotary dryer, discharging belt, granulator, dust removal equipment and so on. After dehydration and drying, the wet sugar beet pulp has a water level of about 13%, which can be compressed into feed pellets by a granulator for storage. After drying, the tail gas can be directly discharged through the dust collector. The dust removal system we have equipped can make the tail gas clean gas emissions.
