After the vertical height is adjusted, tighten the pressure bolt after adjustment to prevent the blade from moving and damage the machine. The gap should be adjusted between 1-2mm.

3. Because the wood shaving machine vibrates greatly during use, you should pay attention to whether the parts of the machine are loose before starting the machine. If there is any looseness, you should deal with it quickly.

4. The sieve clip should be installed with a dark rotation beyond the direction of machine rotation to avoid the sieve being broken.

5. Do not feed material immediately after starting up, let alone start with material. You should wait for the machine to run normally before feeding wood. Also, in the process of feeding, pay attention to keep your hands slightly away from the feeding port, let alone put your hands in the feeding port, otherwise your hands will be easily injured. If you find a special sound during the use of the machine, you should stop using the machine immediately and find out the problem before continuing to use it, otherwise it will easily cause machine wear and tear.

6. Feeding: The staff need to pay special attention during the feeding process. People should not stand in the middle of the feeding port, but should be on the side, otherwise it is easy to be injured by the splashed wood.

7. Imported objects: During the feeding process, care should be taken not to let hard objects enter the machine, such as stones, bricks, metal objects, etc., otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the machine parts.

8. Fixing of the machine: Because the vibration of the wood shaving machine is relatively large during use, the machine should be fixed before use, otherwise it will easily cause unnecessary accidents. Such as: install it horizontally on the concrete machine base, or install it on the sleepers and fix it firmly with wooden stakes.
