Jiutian drying system soybean meal dryer widely used for drying materials with 50%-85% moisture, such as beet pulp, potato residue, starch residue, beer grains, cassava residue, etc.The soybean meal dryer is mainly composed of heat source equipment, feeder (breaker), rotary drying drum, discharge machine, induced draft fan, transmission equipment, unloader and power distribution cabinet.

Working principle of soybean meal dryer

1. After a certain amount of dehydration, the wet soybean meal is disintegrated and entered into the drum of the dryer equipment by the feeder. Under the turning of the evenly distributed copying and lifting plates in the drum, it is evenly dispersed in the drying area and fully contacted with hot air. The drying heat and mass transfer are accelerated; the moisture is drawn out by the induced draft equipment to prevent the material from returning to moisture.

2. During the drying process, the soybean meal moves at a constant speed to the discharge valve at the other end of the dryer under the action of the inclined copying plate and the heat medium to discharge the dried product. In the design of the plan, the characteristics of high moisture content and high protein content of soybean meal are fully considered, and a series of original and unique technologies and processes are adopted to solve the problem to ensure a good drying effect.
