Jiutian animal manure rotary dryer is composed of heat source, manure dehydrator, rotary dryer, unloading system, deodorizing system, dust removal equipment and disc granulator. After the wet chicken manure is fermented, it enters the manure dehydrator for dehydration, and the dehydrated chicken manure is sent to the rotary drying main body by the feeding belt. The wet chicken manure is continuously picked up and dropped by the lifting board in the dryer to fully contact with the hot air, and finally discharged through the discharge belt at the tail of the dryer. The moisture content of the dried chicken manure is about 12%. It can be directly put into the disc granulator to be sold as organic fertilizer granules. The dried tail gas enters the deodorization system and dust removal system for treatment and can be discharged directly.
