Shanxi boasts abundant coal resources and a massive coal slime production. This project features a complete production line integrating pre-treatment (dispersion and pretreatment), high-pressure filtration, drum drying, and packaging. The core component is a specialized drum dryer equipped with a dispersing device and cleaning system, effectively addressing the high viscosity problem of the coal slime. The steam heat source achieves a thermal efficiency exceeding 65%, drying coal slime with a moisture content of 25%-30% to below 10%. The project offers high throughput and stable operation.
The equipment is highly automated, energy-efficient, and meets environmental standards with no dust pollution. The dried coal slime can be used as fuel for power plants and as raw material for briquettes, with strong market demand. The project processes 500,000 tons of wet coal slime annually, producing over 350,000 tons of dry coal slime. It achieves both solid waste resource utilization and significant revenue for the enterprise, demonstrating substantial economic benefits.
