Gasification slag is a solid waste discharged after coal undergoes a high-temperature gasification reaction in a gasifier, and is one of the main solid wastes in the coal chemical industry. Untreated slag has a high moisture content and is prone to agglomeration; direct storage not only occupies land but can also cause environmental problems such as dust and soil pollution.
This project is equipped with a complete production line for screening and impurity removal, crushing and dispersing, three-pass rotary drum drying, and finished product storage, specifically for processing gasification slag. The core three-pass rotary drum dryer is equipped with an anti-sticking wall cleaning device, adaptable to the complex composition of gasification slag, and can dry materials with a moisture content of 35% to below 12%, with a thermal efficiency exceeding 68%. It operates continuously and stably with low energy consumption, and the supporting dust removal system meets environmental protection requirements.
The dried gasification slag can be utilized as resource recovery, such as as fuel for power plants, raw material for building materials (brick making, cement making), and roadbed filler. The project has an annual processing capacity of 300,000 tons of gasification slag and an annual output of 220,000 tons of dry slag, generating an annual revenue increase of over 10 million RMB. It not only solves the problem of solid waste storage but also opens up new profit growth points for enterprises.
