This project features a complete production line integrating centrifugal dehydration, single-drum steam drying, and pulverization and packaging, specifically designed for processing brewery waste yeast. The core single-drum dryer utilizes steam as a heat source, boasting a simple and stable structure and high thermal efficiency. It can dry wet yeast with a moisture content of 85% to below 8%, retaining over 85% of its protein, amino acids, and other nutrients through low-temperature processing. The production line has low energy consumption and is equipped with multi-stage dust removal devices, ensuring environmental compliance.
The dried yeast powder is a high-quality feed additive, food flavoring ingredient, and health product ingredient, aligning with the booming Kazakhstan feed export market and the growing global demand for feed yeast. This project aims to increase enterprise profits while achieving a win-win situation of waste resource utilization and high-value extraction.
