A distillery waste drying project in Jian'ou, Nanping, Fujian Province, has recently commenced operation, marking a new stage in the resource utilization of waste from the local brewing industry. The project utilizes customized drying equipment from Zhengzhou Jiutian, model JTMG2822+JTSG3212/3, specifically designed for high-moisture distillery waste. It has a daily processing capacity of 10 tons (primary drying) / 6.8 tons (secondary drying), helping the company achieve green and circular production.

The production line integrates three main stages: primary pre-drying, fermentation, and secondary drying. An intelligent temperature control system reduces the raw material moisture content from 60% to 40% (pre-drying). After fermentation to optimize nutrient composition, the final product moisture content is dried to 12%. The equipment is equipped with cyclone dust removal and waste heat recovery devices to ensure environmental compliance while reducing energy consumption.

The core dryer adopts a multi-layer belt structure, achieving uniform heating through hot air circulation and mechanical tumbling, preventing material adhesion. Actual measurements show that its energy consumption is reduced by 35% compared to traditional equipment, the finished product retains over 90% of its color and nutrients, and it supports automated continuous operation, significantly improving production efficiency.

The protein content of the dried distiller's grains increases to 25%, making it a high-quality feed ingredient with a market price three times higher than that of wet distiller's grains. The company processes over 10,000 tons annually, generating direct revenue of 5 million yuan, while saving 2 million yuan per year in waste disposal costs, and shortening the investment payback period to 15 months. This project provides a replicable circular economy model for the Fujian brewing industry, promoting the industry's transformation towards low-carbon and high-efficiency operations.
