The Guangdong beer waste drying project has completed installation and commissioning. After successful trial runs, it is now operating normally in production.
This project features a complete production line for pre-dehydration, drying, crushing and granulation, and packaging. It utilizes a screw press for pre-dehydration, combined with a rotary drum dryer as the core equipment, achieving efficient processing of wet waste. The dryer is highly automated, capable of continuous operation, drying wet waste with an 85% moisture content to below 10%. It boasts low energy consumption and low maintenance costs, produces uniform drying without odor, and retains over 85% of its nutrients. The dried waste is rich in crude protein and dietary fiber, widely used in livestock, poultry, and pet feed, with strong market demand for this high-value-added product.
The project processes 60,000 tons of wet waste annually, producing 5,000 tons of dried waste feed annually. It not only solves environmental problems but also generates millions of yuan in annual revenue for the company, achieving a win-win situation of resource recycling and economic benefits.
