Recently, a brewer grains drying project in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, officially began production. This project focuses on the resource utilization of brewer's lees and utilizes the JTMG1916 specialized drying equipment, enabling large-scale operation with a capacity to process large quantities of high-moisture brewer's lees annually.

The project is equipped with a complete production line including pretreatment and impurity removal, screw press dehydration, JTMG1916 drum drying, and crushing and packaging, achieving fully automated operation. The core JTMG1916 dryer specifically addresses the problem of high-moisture adhesion in brewer's lees, boasting high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. It can precisely dry raw materials with 65% moisture content to below 13%, resulting in a uniform moisture content in the finished product, effectively retaining nutrients such as crude protein. Equipped with a multi-stage dust removal system, environmental standards are fully met, and the production capacity is stable at 1.5-2 tons/hour of finished product.
The dried brewer's lees can be used as a high-quality feed ingredient for livestock, poultry, and aquatic products, with strong market demand and stable prices. After the project was put into operation, it not only solved the environmental problem of waste disposal for local beer companies, but also produced more than 10,000 tons of dry lees every year, generating millions of yuan in new revenue for the companies and promoting the formation of a circular economy model of "beer production - lees utilization", achieving a win-win situation for environmental protection and economic benefits.
