This soy sauce residue drying project customized by our Jiutian Company for a in Dongguan, Guangdong has completed installation and commissioning. After successful trial operation, it is now operating normally in production.
This project features a complete production line for pre-dehydration, drying, crushing, and packaging. The core component is a rotary drum dryer, which can flexibly switch between processing soy sauce residue and brewer's grains. The equipment supports multiple heat sources and is equipped with a PLC automated control system. It can dry soy sauce residue with a 75% moisture content (or brewer's grains with an 85% moisture content) to below 12%, achieving uniform drying, high nutrient retention, and meeting environmental standards with multi-stage dust removal.
The dried soy sauce residue is rich in crude protein and amino acids, and can be used as feed for livestock, poultry, and aquatic products, or as organic fertilizer, with stable market demand. The project processes a total of over 80,000 tons of soy sauce residue and brewer's grains annually, producing over 7,000 tons of dried material annually. This not only achieves resource utilization of waste but also expands diversified profit channels, resulting in significant benefits.
