Working principle of coal ash drying system:

When the hot air temperature of the hot blast furnace reaches 350°C, each device starts to work under the instruction of the PC system. The wet material conveying equipment sends the wet coal ash with a water content of less than 20% into the dispersing feeder. The dispersing feeder has dual functions of dispersing and conveying, so that the material is evenly sent to the belt conveyor, and then enters the The storage bin, and then through the screw feeder, evenly sends the coal ash into the drying drum.

Working principle: The material enters the inner layer of the three-layer drum from the feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The material is continuously picked up under the lifting plate of the inner layer and scattered in a spiral manner to realize heat exchange. The material moves to the other inner layer. One end enters the middle layer for counter-current drying. The material is repeatedly lifted in the middle layer in a way of two steps forward and one step back. The material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner layer drum, but also absorbs the heat of the middle layer drum. The drying time is extended, and the material reaches a better drying state here. The material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in the form of a rectangular multi-circuit in the outer layer drum. The material that has achieved the drying effect is quickly moved out of the drum under the action of hot air, and the wet material that has not achieved the drying effect cannot be fastened due to its own weight. Moving forward, the material is fully dried in this rectangular lifting board to achieve the drying effect and complete the drying process. The wet coal ash has sufficient heat exchange with the hot air flow, the main ways are convection and heat conduction, and the way of radiation also plays a certain role. The three-layer drum structure is conducive to the residence time of materials along the length of the equipment, increasing the heat exchange time, improving the efficiency of heat energy use, and reducing the equipment footprint.
